Project Management Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks include the design and development of company-wide standards, methods and rules for project and program management as well as the definition of uniform roles, responsibilities and documentation requirements. In addition, you develop standards for decision-making, control and reporting processes including key figures, templates, escalation paths and data quality requirements. Furthermore, you derive technical requirements for tools, workflows and data models and coordinate them across areas with the relevant interfaces. In addition, establish a continuous improvement process for standards and rules including versioning, releases and change management. You moderate cross-area workshops, create roll-out standard packages and accompany their structured transfer to the implementation area. You analyse user feedback, continuously develop the standards and support the standardization of adjacent topics such as change, configuration and product management.

You have completed their studies, e.g. in industrial engineering, business management, computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in project or program management, PMO, project controlling or in comparable control and governance functions. In addition, you are able to prepare complex issues in a structured manner and transfer them to practical standards and documentation. You convince by secure communication with different stakeholders and moderate cross-departmental voting. Ideally, you have knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools, such as MS Project, Power BI, Jira or Confluence. Your profile is rounded off by a structured and pragmatic way of working as well as fluent German and English skills in word and writing.
