Which task suits you depends on your training, your knowledge and your previous experience: Depending on the qualification and field of application, you take tasks in the workshop as a motor vehicle mechatronic operatorin (m/w/d) or in direct customer contact as a service consultantin (m/w/d).

This is what awaits you in the field of vehicle technology and workshop: Maintenance, inspection and repair work on cars or commercial vehicles Diagnosis and elimination of mechanical, electrical and electronic errors Use of diagnostic and service information systems Defining the required part size and professional implementation of the work End control, sampling and preparation of vehicles for transfer Implementation of retrofitting and other vehicle related work according to your area In the field of service consulting and workshop coordination: Active vehicle intake and advice from our customers on repair scope, costs and mobility solutions Creation and processing of repair, warranty and cunning orders Coordination of workshop orders and coordination with customers, workshop and parts supply Monitoring of the quality of repair and maintenance of vehicles until handover coordination with insurance companies and reviewers as well as support in scheduling and further service processes
