We are now looking for a dedicated and structured personality as a specialist in financial accounting (m/w/d). In this versatile position, you take into account the processing of current financial accounting, support monthly and annual accounts, and participate in the coordination of accounts and the clarification of accounting issues. In addition, you work closely with internal departments as well as external contact persons and, with your careful and reliable operation, contribute significantly to a smooth process in accounting. Your tasks

Own-responsible processing of accounting operations – creditors, debitors, bank. Accounting, Accounting and Accounting of Accounts. Electronic invoice processing with document registration. Payment transactions: processing of payment transactions, bank bookings and payment assignments. Mahnwesen: Monitoring of open items and clarification with customers and suppliers. Creation of credits and balance confirmations. Account matching and master data maintenance. Participation in monthly and annual accounts. Working on process improvements in accounting.

A completed commercial training (e.g. industrial merchant, tax specialist (m/w/d)). At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting. Secure handling of SAP FI, knowledge in SD and MM of advantage. Experience with electronic invoice processing desirable. Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel. Independent, structured and careful operation. Teamability and communication strength.
