As a UX/UI designer (m/w/d) you are working with us ahead and work directly on the products with which we are turning to allow. For this, great colleagues from different Areas available for a wide exchange.

· The needs, expectations and behaviour of the target group understand and actively develop our products focussing · Usability tabs to ensure usability perform · Developing prototypes to review and illustrate Concept ideas · Conception of new features to meet the requirements of users:inside to implement and increase the acceptance of applications · If necessary, help your colleagues to to create prototypes and user flows and thus to create a seamless User experience contribute · In close cooperation with operational teams and end users: ensure that operating concept and design systems meet the needs of all met and continuously improved

A background that convinces

· Higher education in the field of design with a focus on interaction and Interface design or a comparable qualification · You already have with Scrum and agile, customer-oriented Working methods. Ideally, you could first Collecting project experience · Multiannual professional experience with at least two years as UX/UI Designer:in with focus on user-centric design · Good knowledge of design software such as Figma and Experiences with design systems and UI libraries · Your quick understanding helps you quickly in our Inventing the Group · Your structured thinking helps the team prioritize and independent processing of tasks · Communication is your strength: No matter if you create Project documents or discussion on the right User stories. You will find the right tone and arguments. · Flowing German and English
