Our core competencies are the planning and control of complex and innovative construction projects (reconstruction and inventory), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value. We are looking for you as an expert for contract and follow-up management to complement our dedicated team and ensure the smooth running of our contractual obligations. Contract management with the focus on VOB contracts for complex construction projects Contractual evaluation and testing of multi-compensation claims for modified / additional works (VOB / BGB) in coordination with the object monitoring Compilation of supplementary audit reports, award recommendations and comments for the client:in Processing of contract-relevant correspondence of construction firms and opinions within the meaning of the contractor Implementation of follow-up negotiations with the contractors: Conducting regular meetings with the contracting entity: in the circumstances relevant to the contract of the contracting companies Control and control of processes of contract management and corresponding reporting

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering, law, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in the field of structural environment Experiences in contract management and follow-up management and support for large construction projects Secure knowledge of the MS Office package and in MS-Project Impressed ability to interdisciplinary, structured thinking and acting, negotiating strength and professional communication at all levels
