Technical customer support in 2nd and 3rd level support with focus on fault analysis, maintenance, maintenance and repairs and retrofitting Coordination and tracking of service operations Telephone and digital support from VEMAG service technicians, customers and sales partners in Germany and abroad Implementation of fault diagnosis and technical problem solutions by remote service and in the international environment at local customers Close internal cooperation with sales, construction, development, production and quality assurance

Praktikant (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification, ideally with further education as a technician (m/w/d) or technical studies Comprehensive knowledge in machine and plant engineering (mechanics, electrical engineering, control technology) and practical experience in commissioning, maintenance and repair of complex systems Embossed customer and service orientation, structured and solution-oriented working methods and willingness to participate in the call readiness service Very good knowledge of German and English, Spanish skills are advantageous Knowledge in SAP desirable, willingness to incorporate into internal CRM and ticket systems
