At the IU Internationale Hochschule you will receive the theoretical know-how – combined with valuable practical experience at the BARMER (20 hours/week). The dual course of study covers 4 semesters. As part of the practical-integrated master's programme, exciting phases in the central control system change with sound business studies modules. So you grow directly into your future role. Hospitations in various business areas allow you to have a holistic view of our organization and help you build your professional network early on. You are actively involved in the central control system, working on business issues and supporting top management with sound analyses. You will get to know planning and control processes close to your skin and will focus on the company's goals and strategic priorities. In cross-departmental projects, you bring your analytical strengths, identify potential for improvement and develop innovative solutions together in the team.

You have your bachelor's degree in your pocket and want to start now – with a practical master's degree. You will find the German health system exciting and want to contribute to its further development. Communication strength, team spirit and an independent way of working. Your knowledge of German at least C1 level allows you to experience safe and professional in all situations. Analytical thinking lies to you: you recognize patterns, analyze data and draw clear, well-founded conclusions.
