Responsibility for the strategic organization of eye outpatients and coordination of a smooth day and surgery run Leadership, motivation and further development of the ambulance team including service planning and targeted training management Responsibility for budget planning, financial management and regular reporting to the medical department and the hospital management Initiative for modern process optimization with focus on efficiency, quality and patient satisfaction Designing and coordinating the medical performance portfolio of the clinic with a view to the future and needs Responsibility for precise performance documentation and billing in all supply areas stationary – outpatient (DRG, EBM, GOÄ, special contracts, and IGeL services Ensuring high quality and hygiene standards and their sustainable anchoring in hospital everyday life Professional treatment of patient concerns and active promotion of positive patient experience

Completed vocational training for the medical specialist or comparable training and/or experience in an ophthalmologist or eye clinic Completed training as a practical manager:in desirable Basic business knowledge Leadership and experience Conflict management, communication strength and organizational talent Knowledge in the practical and surgical organisation as well as in quality and accounting management Knowledge of the FIDUS practical software and training certificate are desirable Sovereign handling of patients and colleagues as well as high service orientation
