In your 3-year training as a businessman for digitalization management (m/w/d), you will gain deep insight into the configuration and commissioning of hardware and software You actively contribute to ongoing digitalization projects You process internal IT support enquiries In addition, you document and optimise technical processes and develop solutions for user problems

You have a good degree in real school, a professional qualification or a general university qualification You are curious and interested in current developments in the IT world You have the pleasure of dealing with the computer and inspire you for digital solutions, hardware, technology and electronics Logical thinking, reliability, independence, sense of responsibility and readiness to learn are among your strengths You like to work in the team and have a high level of patience and empathy In challenging situations, you will show calm and a good sense for suitable solutions You have very good German skills
