Strategic Buyer Construction and Investment Projects (m/f/d)

Planning, preparation and implementation of tenders for construction services, individual works, general contractors and complex renovation and investment projects; Analysis and evaluation of offers by cost, quality, timing and risk points for qualified supplier and contractor selection the creation, negotiation and support of complex construction, service, rental, lease and framework contracts; Implementation of make-or-buy analyses and economic considerations based on total cost-of-over-ship (TCO) and development and implementation of negotiation and award strategies (e.g. auctions, tender procedures, structured concepts) analysis of needs and investment projects, coordination of medium- to long-term procurement plans with stakeholders and projects; Development, support and further development of the supplier and contractor pool incl. Search, pre-qualification, evaluation and partnership development Central contract partner for the group of construction and real estate; coordination with disciplines, project management, real-state management, law and controlling; preparation and management of national and international contract and price negotiations as well as management of cross-functional negotiation teams; active supplier and contract risk management, claim and follow-up management ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, compliance and regulatory requirements; development and continuous development of the product group and procurement strategy; applying all relevant procurement levers to optimize costs, quality, risks and appointments; “One Face to the Supplier” control of all supplier, contractor, landlord and service provider relationships up to the end of the warranty phase and cross-site activity incl. Travel and construction sites

Completed university education in business administration, economic engineering, civil engineering, architecture, real estate management, facility management or comparable discipline or biennial technical training plus at least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, construction project or Real estate management or similar functions as well as specialist training Multiannual experience in the strategic purchasing of construction services or property related services, sound knowledge of building contract law (especially VOB/B and BGB), experience in the negotiation of lease, lease, service and construction contracts, as well as in the follow-up and claim management; secure application of ERP systems and common MS office applications established negotiating competence, strong commercial understanding, good knowledge of contract law and analysis and negotiation of essential contractual components; very good German and safe English knowledge in word and writing Self-employed, analytical and structured working methods, strong communication and presentation capability, safe occurrence of internal and external stakeholders, high team and cooperation capability as well as strong conflict, enforcement and problem-solving competence High sense of responsibility, self-initiative, technical affinity and understanding of construction and real estate projects, high load and organisational capacity as well as readiness to travel
