You create and update tender documents and performance directories. You work out standards for material testing/selection as well as framework conditions for the properties – metro stops and bus facilities. You are responsible for comparing a uniform view of quality tests (QS system). You set up business and service instructions.

You bring a completed training to/from masterin, technicianin, specialist*in or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business processes. You'll bring the class B license. Internal and external services as well as standby and night services are not a problem for you. You are committed, structured and motivated and want to work independently. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1/C2)
