Head of department under technical and disciplinary points Strategic and operational overall response to technical and safe operation, development and maintenance of housing stock Development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic, operational and technical objectives of the Organisational Unit Responsibility for technical annual and multiannual planning, including investment, maintenance and modernisation measures, and priority measures and resource management Planning, control and control of the associated budgets, taking account of economic, quality and sustainability Control, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, refurbishment and modernisation projects over all phases of performance Ensuring operator responsibility, traffic and operational safety and compliance with legal, technical and normative requirements Defining, developing and implementing technical standards, processes and guidelines for operation and maintenance Responsibility for the technical contract, service provider and guarantee performance management and the technical control of external planners and partners Continuous optimization, digitization and further development of technical and organizational processes to enhance the value and attractiveness of the real estate portfolio

Job-related studies, ideally with economic or technical further education, or a comparable qualification Management experience in housing Professional experience in business Professional experience in planning and controlling construction measures
