coordination, guidance and support of internal specialist departments and external planners and contractors, in particular for interior construction and TGA (technical building equipment) in LPH 5-9 for the following project sections: the “Constructional access U4/U5” in Bayerstraße, the two locks North and South of the holding measure U9, the U9 measure itself, the various interim and end states

Construction monitoring, continuous testing of performance and auditing of the TGA and interior equipment Leadership and participation in the procurement of planning, service, supply and construction services to the project sections in LPH 5-9 for TGA and interior design Plan examination for operator requirements and executability in relation to TGA/internal equipment Support for internal controlling, project reporting and project team Implementation and (object) management of cost, appointment and quality control incl. Flow forecast settlement of claims in the area of TGA/internal expansion

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, utility technology and a comparable technical engineering study Multiannual professional experience required in the (construction) execution of (complex) TGA projects. Analytical and conceptual thinking Understanding technically complex relationships, along the planning processes of the HOA as well as deepened technical/constructional knowledge, in particular the relevant regulations, laws and the VOB. Secure handling of MS Office, number affinity and openness to work into new topics. Excellent quality, cost and time consciousness.
