Architect as assistant to the project management – focus on tendering, awarding and sustainability (m/f/d)

Our focus is on exclusive, energy-efficient and sustainable multi-family houses in attractive locations. As a member of the German Sustainable Building Society (DGNB), we pursue the goal of economically, qualitatively and sustainably implementing sophisticated construction projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated architect (m/w/d) as an assistant to the project management. The focus of your activity lies in the performance phases 6 and 7 according to HOAI (depreciation and award). In addition, our project management supports the implementation of sustainability requirements within the framework of DGNB certifications.

• Support for project management in the preparation, coordination and implementation of demanding residential projects. • Creation, testing and updating of performance directories in performance phases 6 and 7 according to HOAI. • Participation in tendering, tender evaluation, price levels and award of construction services. • coordination with specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies. • Support for appointment, cost and quality control within the award phase. • Participation in the creation and maintenance of project documentation. • support in implementing the requirements of the DGNB certification. • Coordination and compilation of sustainable evidence and documentation. • Participation in the integration of sustainability criteria in tenders and awards. • Close cooperation with internal project participants and external DGNB auditors and specialist planners.

Complete study of architecture or a comparable qualification First experience in the performance phases 6 and 7 according to HOAI is desirable. Safe handling of tenders and award processes. Interest in sustainable construction and willingness to work into the requirements of the DGNB certification or to develop existing knowledge. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Organisational skills and a high level of sense of responsibility. Team skills, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation. Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications; Experience with AVA software is of advantage.
