Head of Sales Electric Forklift (m/f/d)

Establishment, assessment, strengthening and review of the local dealer network as well as setting discount, price and storage policies Creation of annual and quarterly sales plans, budgets and gross profit targets for the regions Germany, Austria and Switzerland broken down by direct sales, traders and used machines Responsible for achieving all objectives, including order intakes, volume of sales, payment inputs and profit margins Cooperation with major construction companies, municipal customers and rental companies as well as the handling of tenders and tender procedures Customer advice on our products, configurations, accessories and site-specific services based on local market demand Participation in pricing and promotions for SANY products Implementation of market and competition analyses

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in the construction machine industry or in the forklift sector Experience with leading brands of construction machines and forklifts is advantageous - especially from Japanese, European or American manufacturers Embossed knowledge of relevant forklift guidelines and a comprehensive understanding of the forklift market in the DACH region Good knowledge of sales structures for forklift trucks in the sales region Very good knowledge of English and German readiness to travel High communication and team capability
