You are advising and consulting our corporate customers:internal service-oriented when implementing and using our interfaces (e.g. web services, XML or REST APIs) You accompany the integration of new products, features and applications into customer applications You plan, coordinate and perform customer-side connection, test and acceptance scenarios – all the way to productive use You coordinate the interface realization with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. IT, product management, sales) You enter stock customers:in addition to further developments of existing products and applications You support sales and contract partner support in the technical advice of Neukund:innen You take first level support for interface-related production disorders You document processes structured in workflow or Ticketing systems and ensure high quality

Completed training or studies with IT, financial or economic focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science, commercial training with IT reference) Multiannual professional experience in customer care, ideally in technical or technical connection or Interfaces Experience in projects (cooperation or subproject management) and in handling complex customer requirements Good knowledge of interface and data formats (e.g. XML; JSON), database structures; Programming experience is advantageous Impressed communication strength, negotiation security and sovereign handling of challenging conversation situations Structured, independent working and high quality and service awareness Secure handling of MS‐Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
