Ensuring the smooth operation of technical building equipment (electro, HLSK) Implementation of maintenance, inspection and maintenance measures for long-term operational safety Own takeover and implementation of smaller projects in the field of building technology Active support of technical building management Coordination of service providers, internal and external appointments and appointment tracking Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Communicative interface to internal departments and external service providers

Completed training as an operating electrician, energy plant electronicser or comparable qualification Experience in the field of building technology, facility management or a similar technical environment Impressed sense of responsibility, high reliability and a solution-oriented working Teamability and an independent and structured way of working Safe handling of MS Office and a general IT affinity Class B driving licence
