Production Manager (m/f/d)

Control production & lead team You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, develop your employees in a targeted manner and continuously develop skills You cooperate in the selection of new employees and together with the staff management You design the team structure You plan personnel, capacities and appointments based on the order situation and ensure efficient use Optimize processes, use data and ensure cost-effectiveness You are responsible for the material disposition and ensure the timely supply of production You take over the cost responsibility for material and personnel use and keep an eye on economic efficiency and efficiency You analyze production and performance data, use Excel and other tools for meaningful evaluations and manage optimizations You control and monitor the entire work and manufacturing processes, implement lean management principles and optimize processes sustainably You plan investments for the site and develop the production environment strategically You actively drive the continuous integration of digital systems (ERP, IT solutions) Ensure quality, standards and further development You reliably ensure compliance with quality standards and order-related requirements You ensure compliance with work, fire and environmental regulations and ensure safe working conditions You optimize project-related processes and interfaces and ensure smooth processes You support our integrated management system and actively shape its continuous optimization

Qualification & Experience You have a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering. Alternatively, you have completed a training in the construction field and successfully retrained yourself to the master – e.g. as electric master, HLSK master, carpenter master or industrial master You have several years of experience in a comparable position, e.g. as factory manager, production manager or production manager, and control your team safely and competently You specifically apply lean management methods and process optimization and implement improvements in a sustainable manner You work in practice, take responsibility and always act cost-consciously as well as process-oriented and quality-conscious. Leadership & Process Control You guide your team clearly and appreciate, communicate openly and keep an overview even in challenging situations You actively develop processes, place tasks in a targeted manner and efficiently shape production day You work independently, make decisions at all levels and act solution-oriented You use your experience with ERP systems and IT applications to effectively control and continuously improve processes
