Monitoring the state of the building through regular tours and inspections Coordination and supervision of foreign companies, including repair work, maintenance and testing Support in the planning and implementation of construction or restructuring measures Organisation and execution of repairs and craft work (e.g. assembly, carpenter or lock work) Documentation of measures carried out and maintenance of technical documentation Participation in compliance with statutory, technical and safety-relevant regulations Ensuring building safety and participation in maintenance planning Collection and evaluation of offers from external service providers Support in budgeting and reporting building costs

Completed training as a real estate businessman or comparable craft training Ideally experience in building management, real estate management or technical or infrastructural facility management Experience in controlling external service providers, defect tracking and maintenance planning Practical and technical understanding as well as the pleasure to prepare yourself if necessary Organisational talent, flexibility and ability to reliably coordinate different tasks and measures An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach Teamability and a binding, service-oriented appearance Safe handling of digital tools and MS Office The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
