Purpose and objective We are looking for an experienced and precise welder (m/w/d) for our well-known customer.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Consistent implementation and continuous monitoring of internal QSGU requirements and custom factory standards
• Self-employed and self-responsible execution of the transferred work
• Implementation of welding work in the field of plant shutdowns and pipeline construction
• welding of pipelines of different pressure stages, nominal widths and materials
• Support in the assembly, alignment and adaptation of pipelines and constructions
• Implementation of welding work under construction site and assembly conditions according to project-specific requirements

Technical requirements

• Complete technical vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of plant arrests and piping
• Valid pipe welding test according to DIN EN 287-1 or DIN EN ISO 9606-1 including recognition by a designated body or approved inspection body in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive as well as proof of uninterrupted welding by regular confirmation of the welding test certificate
• Knowledge of material treatment and weld preparation
• Technical understanding, rapid understanding and independent, reliable and self-responsive operation
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• SGU training according to document No. 016 as well as valid occupational medical examination G 39 (weld smoke)
• A breathing protection training according to DGUV [for phone number see the original ad] is desirable, the occupational health examination G 26.2 or G 26.3, a training as a first aider and a qualification as a lasting hit according to DGUV
