Head of IT Information Technology (IT) Business Unit (m/f/d)

Automation & Digitalization: You are responsible for the strategic development of IT with a clear focus on increasing the degree of automation and in digital supply and billing processes. You develop IT roadmaps, prioritize impact-oriented and think in architectures and end-to-end processes. Services & Partnership: You understand themselves as an enabler and establish clear IT standards with a high level of consulting competence and service orientation. You are convinced by a comprehensible, transparent communication as well as by partnership and result-oriented appearance. IT security, stability & sustainability: You bear the overall responsibility for a secure, manageable and scalable IT landscape. You create a robust basis for data analytics and digital innovations without compromises in security and compliance. For this purpose, You control external service providers and technology partners and ensure a meaningful level of sovereignty and autonomy in IT operation and implementation of new services. Leadership & Organisation: You conduct and develop the IT business unit in direct management, professional, strategic and personnel. You create clear structures, promote self-responsibility and constructive cooperation within your business area as well as with the other business areas and competence centers.

You have completed a Master's or Diploma Programme in the field of (economic) informatics, health economics or comparable, or have an equivalent qualification in the appropriate field. Alternatively, you have the necessary knowledge to work at this level through comprehensive practical experience and specific expertise. You are an innovator with the ability to inspire people for digital change. You have multi-year leadership experience and sound expertise in the strategic development of IT infrastructures, automation, digitalization and IT service and provider management. Agile's work is of course for you. Their thinking is proactive and solution-oriented in order to drive and optimize processes and transformation throughout the company. You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, self-employment and problem-solving competence, as well as an analytical and conceptual way of thinking and working.
