Tracking of sales-relevant KPIs as well as global sales performance and sales forecast Optimization of sales processes (e.g. with lead generation, sales automation, BI analyses, AI tools) Strategic planning and target definition support (yearly & medium-term) Global knowledge exchange throughout the sales organization Interface to international subsidiaries and distributors (including CRM) Close cooperation with internal departments such as business development, marketing and product management Support for events, conferences and webinars
