Engineering Operations Engineer (d/m/w) Your tasks You are responsible for the stable, secure and scalable operation of our platform and continuously develop the underlying operations You establish and optimize processes for incident management, service management and operational platform operation You define, care and document operating standards, technical documentation and audit instructions You monitor service levels, analyze operating codes and take measures to continuously improve our platform You coordinate technical requirements with hardware, cloud and software partners as well as external service providers You ensure that data protection requirements, technical and organisational measures (TOMs) and compliance requirements as well as regulatory requirements are implemented and documented appropriately You establish, document and review processes to comply with European regulatory requirements for our platform and product development and support their continuous development You develop role, authorization and access concepts, coordinate the management and reporting of Security Incidents and advance the further development of our security and governance structures Your profile You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a comparable course of study or have a comparable qualification You are interested in cloud, SaaS or IoT platforms and their operation You are interested in information security, data protection, security governance and regulatory requirements in software, cloud and IoT products You are interested in developing efficient processes and sustainable technical structures You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in complex relationships You are pragmatic, take responsibility and want to drive themes forward independently Your benefits An exciting and varied activity at the interface of platform operation, security, compliance and operations The ability to actively shape the scaling of an innovative Smart City platform Plenty of design space and great self-responsibility Flexible working hours Short decision paths in a fast-growing start-up A motivated team looking forward to your ideas and support Did we awaken your interest?
