You have a sense of storytelling and understand how to prepare content to generate reach, engagement and leads? • You work with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other Marketing Managers of the group of companies, so you can quickly implement your own projects and bring ideas at any time • Your focus is on content and social media marketing tasks – the focus is on direct marketing, textual storytelling and social media measures (B2B & B2C) • Based on your sound text (concept) experience, you will develop targeted content stories (for social media, advertising material & campaigns) to activate our target groups • Your goal is to further develop selected social media channels of our companies in terms of reach, engagement and leads – in cooperation with other marketing colleagues • You take responsibility for our premium content and continue to develop these target group-oriented – whether white paper or your own studies, generate your content leads • You take care of the design and implementation of our direct marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, presentations • For your actions, you will keep the most important key figures in mind, implement ongoing reports and take care of the optimization of your actions • You know the relevant AI tools that support you in your work in content, and put them in mind for you and others in the team • You see yourself as a fan of other new tools and technologies, know successful social media strategies for a variety of channels and have fun checking these tools & ideas for sensuality and introducing them as needed • You take care of the tasks in your area and agree with your colleagues in marketing. You are contact for the trainees and plan their use together with the remaining marketing team

Your profileYou have an already completed study or a comparable training – ideally in the commercial sector and/or in the direction of marketing or Editorial/Journalism • You can at least. 3-4 years of relevant professional experience (without internships/student activities) in marketing with orientation content/text/reaction • You have a strong sense of language and text development – but you are also able to translate this into successful concepts and campaigns and to succeed with the right AI tools • You have already used tools in the areas of CMS, social media distribution and analytics in daily business • You have organizational talent and very good German skills • You are interested in software-based solutions and ongoing engagement rate optimization • Click-Through rates (CTR), engagement analyses, prompting and social media monitoring are not foreign words for you • Customer and sales-oriented work, social competence and lead orientation are your special skillsWho we are looking for for for our team we are looking for creative, committed and motivated people who love challenges and are happy to implement intelligent, extraordinary ideas with us.
