IN A NUTSHELL As a manager of finance consulting, you take responsibility for the further development of the financial function. You conduct transformation programs, develop control and planning models and ensure the optimization of the financial organization. This brings you comprehensive expertise in financial modeling, performance management and/or the design of CFO operating models.

DEIN EXAMPLE PROJECT You conduct the “Sustainable Cost Efficiency” program in a leading industrial company: Strategic responsibility: You develop the target architecture for a Group-wide efficiency program in a challenging market environment with high interest rates, rising costs and geopolitical risks. You define the roadmap and make sure that the measures not only secure short-term liquidity, but make the organization more efficient in the long term.

Leadership & Control: You conduct an interdisciplinary project team, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure the interconnection with the corporate strategy.

Making transformation: You are structuring the measures in “Short-Term Booster” for fast stabilization and “Permanent Enhancements” for sustainable efficiency enhancements. You accompany the implementation – from process adjustments to new control models to performance mechanisms.

Impact for the customer: You create an organization that is resilient, viable and strategic – with clear results: improved liquidity, optimized cost structures and a financial architecture that brings real competitive advantage.

IN DEPTH Strategic responsibility: You develop forward-looking finance strategies and CFO operating models that intelligently connect processes, systems and organization.

Leadership in Finance Transformation: You take over the leadership of complex transformation programs, control multiple workstreams and lead interdisciplinary teams to success.

Top-Level Sparring: You are a trustworthy partner: for CFOs and top management, advise on strategic decisions and support their implementation.

Finance Excellence: You optimize control, planning and reporting processes, harmonize structures and implement best practices for an efficient and sustainable financial function.

Data-Driven Decision Making: You use modern analytics, finance modeling and performance management to enable data-based decisions and precise control models.

Innovation & Transformation: You identify trends, opportunities and risks and develop solutions that integrate digitalization, automation and new technologies into the financial function.

Sustainable effect: You ensure clear governance, transparent target tracking and measurable results – from short-term efficiency measures to long-term organisational models.

Academic Background: Excellent academic degree with economic orientation – ideally focusing on finance, controlling, analytics or accounting. Finance expertise: deep understanding of financial processes, controlling, accounting and organizational models, and well-founded experience in financial modeling, integrated planning models, performance management and/or CFO operating models. Analytical Strength: Safe handling of BI tools and ERP/Finance systems as well as pronounced analytical skills for complex financial analysis and modeling. Business Development: You are burning to explore new topics and to win new projects and customers through your commitment. Place: You work with our customers: on-site, remote as well as in one of our offices in Munich, Augsburg, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf or Berlin.
