Controlled performance directories: You analyze, shape and check technical performance directories with a sharp look for detail - so that projects are planned clean from the start Timeliness counts: You assemble the directories, adapt them to new requirements and keep them up-to-date with regular updates Costing with system: Through precise performance positions and realistic cost approaches, you contribute to optimal use of budgets, avoid yields and increase efficiency Interface and coordination: You work closely with building management, project planning, purchasing and external partners – and ensure that all participants are always informed Quality assurance: With plausibility checks, documentation and reports, you make sure that no gaps or misunderstandings occur Support alerts: You help create tender documents, check offers and accompany the selection processes – sound and structured Subsequent Management: You take responsibility for subordinates, check and negotiate them and find the balance between quality and costs
