General responsibility for development and construction as well as the professional and disciplinary leadership of the design team (approx. 15 MA) Optimization and control of process processes in the design and ensuring compliance with dates, budgets and high quality standards New and further development of the products and their associated variants using construction methods Use of modern software solutions such as CAD and PLM Internal and external contact for product and design-relevant issues

Complete technical studies or completed technical training with vocational training or a comparable qualification Founded professional experience in the field of construction in the metalworking industry with a focus on locking solutions Experience in project management and employee management Communication and Enforcement Strength and Hands-on Mentality Safe handling of MS Office and design software, SolidWorks desirable Good German and English skills
