Werkstudent HR-Administration (m/w/d)

Ritter – part of Avantor - is looking for a working student in HR administration (m/w/d) to support our employees at our production site in Schwabmünchen.

As a working student (m/w/d), you support our local HR team in the operational implementation of personnel administration and gain valuable insights into the HR work of a manufacturing company.

Your tasks Support in the creation of contracts, amendments and certificates Care of personal master data in Workday and time recording data in GFOS Participation in the preparation of HR key figures and reports Support in day-to-day business and in multi-site HR projects Communication with employees and executives on administrative HR topics General organisational and administrative activities in the HR sector, such as data archiving and forwarding of incoming mail

That's what you bring Current studies in the field of BWL, economic psychology, social sciences or comparable Interest in personnel topics and ideally first practical experience in HR Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Structured, reliable and discrete operation Joy in dealing with people and team skills
