You supervise national and international BAUHAUS real estate projects, including new, extension and conversions, and take responsibility for the successful project implementation taking into account technical and economic requirements. You act as contracting entities to external service providers such as electrical companies and trade unions, actively control their services and, through close cooperation, ensure that the projects are completed on time and in the defined budget. You ensure professional coordination with architects, specialist engineers, authorities and experts and act as a central contact person for all internal and external project participants. You are actively developing your expertise through continuous further training in order to introduce legal changes and technical innovations at any time professionally into ongoing and future projects.

You have a successfully completed training as an electrical technician (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering and were ideally able to demonstrate your skills in the construction and project management. You have a sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, in particular for building automation, lighting systems, safety lighting, voice alarm systems, fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems and photovoltaic systems. You are characterized by flexibility, enforcement strength and diplomatic skills. You will also be able to identify priorities clearly and efficiently. You bring national and international readiness to travel (approximately 10% travel).
