Assistant Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Structured organizational and strategic support of the overall logistics management in the daily business - incl. Preparation of decision bases, strategic preparatory work and coordination of operational procedures Proactive management and support of cross-departmental projects, from workshop preparation to follow-up of strategy and project meetings Analysis and preparation of decision-relevant information, preparation of professional presentations, business cases and KPI-based decision-making templates Efficient appointment, task and priority management to ensure smooth processes Coordination of communication between internal interfaces and support in the harmonisation of logistical processes Monitoring and interpretation of logistical KPIs as well as participation in reporting and process optimization measures

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in logistics, business management, supply chain management or a comparable area First professional experience in logistics, project management or assistance functions – ideally with a strategic focus Very good structuring and prioritization capability as well as independent, solution-oriented operation Strong communicative skills, professional appearance and safe handling of executives and interfaces Very good MS Office identifiers (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High reliability, discretion and sovereign work in a dynamic environment
