IT Management Assistant for IT System Management (m/f/d)

You support our team in developing our IT system landscape and central applications You support our team in business in the digitization and optimization of our business processes You act as an interface between disciplines and IT and translates requirements into concrete solutions You analyze existing processes, document them and develop sustainable improvements You support users:in the daily business and carry out training You work with exciting IT projects (e.g. system introductions, automation, process optimization) You assume the technical responsibility for the administrative IT sector and its continuous optimization

Complete training in the IT environment, for example as a merchant/wife for IT system management or comparable Multiannual practical experience in the IT-close environment is advantageous Ideal experience in logistics, transport or shipping German and English skills High communication capability and a structured and independent mode of operation A pronounced hand-on mentality and team spirit as well as solution-oriented thinking and organisational skills Your technical skills: Secure handling of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint and Office applications Experience with Jira or other comparable project management tools Basic understanding of IT system architectures and business processes Embossed process thinking and interest in digitalization Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central are beneficial If you have already worked with GAT-Ship and/or CargoSoft, this is a great advantage, but this is not a prerequisite
