Your tasks You are responsible for the overriding Ecosystem management of the event ticketing of our events:
Secure performance & control: You continuously define & monitor quality & performance goals with our event-ticketing partner & tune them with internal interfaces. Building and empowering community: You build a key user community with clearly effective roles, responsibilities & communication structures and control them. Analyze problems and solve them in a sustainable manner: you identify current challenges in the event-ticketing environment, prioritise measures & control the implementations and escalations together with relevant stakeholders. Drive and implement innovation: You are planning & controlling technological developments with our event-ticketing partner & leading success factors for the continuous improvement of ticketing journeys and the operating model. Transparency & Knowledge: You build a central knowledge hub, keep it up to date for standards, governance and process compliance.
You have several years of professional experience (approximately 2 to 5 years) in partner management, event-ticketing, operational excellence or as a product owner/product owner. You have a degree (e.g. BWL, economic engineering or comparable) or equivalent training/qualifications. You also keep your Ecosystem in focus at the higher level and enjoy developing this constantly targeted and data-oriented.
