The Competence Center Brücken & Ingenieurbauwerke is a full service provider for engineering services. The services are provided primarily for HPA's internal needs. The assignment is done by Service Level Agreements and is usually full. Completely means that operator responsibility is taken over in its entirety by ensuring the legally compliant operation. The premise is to ensure the availability of the buildings. The core tasks involved are the maintenance of buildings, the exercise of the obligation to provide traffic and the mapping of buildings in the relevant specialist systems (SIB-BW, Novalast, techn. Archive, static archive etc.).

You guide the field of large-scale and heavy transport professionally, control the work processes in the team and ensure a legally secure and service-oriented processing. Complex hearing procedures you assess confidently and meet high-level decisions, including the final decision in disputed cases. The quality and safety of technical parameters are strategically responsible for validating master data and setting mandatory test routines for data and systems. System adjustments guide you from structural and constructive circumstances and align yourself closely with the static test site. You coordinate coordination with IT areas and external service providers, control troubleshooting, updates and migrations and develop the specialist systems. Interdisciplinary decision-making processes with building examination, statics and IT are actively accompanying and taxing projects to improve system performance. In nationwide bodies, you represent the interests of the HPA and agree with research institutions, software developers and specialist authorities on further developments. You develop the team strategically and develop specialized training programs.

You have a completed academic degree (Master / Diploma) in construction engineering, bridge construction, construction informatics or comparable skills and knowledge. You have already gained several years of professional experience in construction engineering or construction informatics – ideally with a static or technical focus. Complex technical and legal relationships You analyze them safely and translate them into clear guidelines for systems, data and procedures. A strong IT affinity as well as a deep understanding of technical parameters, data models and system logics characterize you. Cooperation with technology, IT and administration succeeds You are confident and you control interfaces structured and solution-oriented. Knowledge of the relevant specialist systems or the ability to work on you quickly, you bring. Decisions meet responsibly, precise and legally secure – even in complex individual cases. A strategic, conceptual and communicative strength completes your profile.
