Project Engineer Spare Parts Supply (IPS) (m/f/d)

Breakdown of the overall project into work packages, schedule and continuous coordination with project and line interfaces Technical implementation and coordination of the assigned packages in accordance with PM policy, active cooperation in the project team, recognition, clarification and, if necessary, Escalating deviations Ensuring the overall process of the spare parts specification and procurement as well as transfer of the spare parts to the customer (in coordination with representatives of the project organization), requires sound process knowledge including Process interfaces and process control Preparation, triggering and support of the procurement process and transfer of spare parts to the customer, if necessary Controlling the shipping process into the customer country Processing project/customer-specific requests, supplier and customer offers, demand requirements, appointment orders, goods movements and transfer papers

Completed (special) college education, very good English skills, safe application of MS-Office, SAP (MM/SD/EWM) and job-specific computer systems, VS authorization Multiannual project management experience, preferably in the mentioned area of responsibility and ILS knowledge of the ASD specifications desired Expertise and understanding of the processes for ET initial care, ideally with technical knowledge and basic technical knowledge Conceptual and process-oriented thinking, solution- and structured working methods, readiness for responsibility and leadership and high detail accuracy in large amounts of data Knowledge of the project management ET-Erstversorgung incl. interface competence, communication strength, team skills and professional leadership
