Participation in the annual development of the VIVAWEST Group's business and function strategies to ensure a sustainable increase in corporate value, taking into account the requirements of stakeholders and the changing framework conditions Working in the further development and ongoing implementation of the digitalization strategy at Group level and continuing implementation of a PropTech Screening to identify and evaluate innovative digitalization options Working with the development and ongoing implementation of the CRM strategy at Group level Participation in the design and implementation of strategically relevant projects at Group level within the framework of the central project management Implementation of a quarterly monitoring of strategically relevant measures for the continuous implementation of developed strategies Participation in the design and implementation of satisfaction analyses in the Group and deriving recommendations from the results Participation in the development and implementation of concepts for optimising the organisation of construction and execution (reorganisations) with the involvement of the respective (special) areas Significant participation in the preparation of presentations, speech scripts etc. for dates with external action and for committee meetings Perception of special tasks

successfully completed university studies in economics, ideally with focus on Real Estate Long-term professional experience (> 5 years), desirable in the field of real estate and/or (strategy) consulting Analytical and conceptual thinking Willingness and ability to develop business-specific solutions within the framework of strategic objectives Project management competence Creativity and Conceptual Strength Presentation strength Entrepreneurship and action Binding appearance
