You take responsibility for the protection of our customers from burglary, theft or other dangers – as part of a 3 layer system (K a Homeffice) In our 24-hour emergency call and service center you work alternately between early, late and night shifts, even on weekends and holidays You are the first responder to incoming alerts, check them with clearly defined standard protocols and make informed decisions In the case of confirmed alarms, you coordinate contact with police, security services or emergency services – fast, confident and responsible You carefully document all processes and thus contribute to the high quality of service and safety

You have very good German language skills in word and writing (mother language level) You work reliably, responsibly and keep a cool head even in stressful situations First experiences in a comparable role (e.g. control center, security service, customer service) are advantageous, but no requirement A high level of sensitivity, service orientation and communication strength characterizes you
