Bar Manager (m/f/d)

You run a team of up to 20 employees and ensure a smooth running of our bar and our Rooftop Bar during the summer season. As a dedicated manager, you are always a reliable contact person for your team and support this with a pronounced hand-on mentality in daily operation. You lead with integrity, trust and a high level of professionalism and promote a positive, respectful and powerful team culture. You develop creative signature cocktails and attractive drinks cards that enrich the guest experience and underline the identity of our bar. You advise, maintain and inspire our guests through an attentive, personal and cordial service. You ensure that the highest standards in terms of quality, hygiene, presentation and service are complied with at any time. You promote and develop your employees through regular training, coaching and constructive feedback and create an environment where talents can grow. You are responsible for stockkeeping, goods orders and inventory and ensure efficient and economical use of resources. You analyze relevant key figures, monitor budgets and develop measures to continuously improve quality, efficiency and revenue. You are present for guests and team and create a welcoming atmosphere in the bar as well as at the Rooftop Bar, where guests feel welcome and co-workers appreciated.

You bring well-founded and multi-year professional experience in the upscale bar or gastronomy scene – ideally with leadership experience You are bartenders of passion, with expertise, creativity and the will to set standards You lead with clarity and empathy and know how to inspire and keep teams together You have a sense of trends without running behind any hype You pay attention to details, from the clothing to the quota of goods You bring business know-how to you pragmatically and purposefully implement You are there when it comes to, even in the evening, at night or weekend You speak German and English very well - other foreign languages are of advantage but no condition Excellent handling and a well-kept appearance round your profile We would like to point out that an existing work permit and a residence permit or the nationality of an EU Member State are a prerequisite for employment with us.
