Inquiry Management: You take inquiries, problems or complaints on specific and complex topics precisely, clarify them and document them carefully to ensure efficient and solution-oriented processing. First-level support: As part of the first-level assignment of our member portal, you support the registration, submission of bills and documentation, the award of one-time passwords and navigation in the portal – so that our members can use the system easily and efficiently. Document management: In addition, you will compile general and medical-specific accounting documents with the utmost care and send them to provide our members with accurate and needs-oriented information at any time.
