Leadership and further development of the currently three EDV employees. Modernization and operation of our IT infrastructure (On-Premises & Microsoft 365). Development of a digitalization strategy in cooperation with the management and the department managers. Ensuring IT security, GDPR compliance and consistent system availability. Management of IT projects such as migrations, rollouts and the introduction of new applications. Coordination and control of external partners and service providers.

Higher education in computer science, business informatics or related fields. Multiannual experience in IT management or leading IT administration. Funded know-how in Microsoft 365, Hyper-V/VMware, Active Directory/Entra ID and IT security. Representative leadership and problem-solving competence with passion for team development and employee promotion. Practical experience in project management. Excellent communication skills.

A responsible leadership role with a direct line of reports on management. The opportunity to develop the IT structures and themes strategically and to actively shape them both technically and humanly. An indefinite working relationship with remuneration according to TV-L remuneration group 13, level assignment depending on the qualification and experience.
