for our university clinic for children and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy for the earliest possible date of entry Senior Consultant (w/m/d) für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, -psychotherapie und Psychosomatik in full or part-time, unlimited The University Hospital for Child and Youth Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (KJPP) at the Klinikum Oldenburg deals with the diagnosis, therapy and prevention of mental and psychosomatic diseases in children and adolescents. The University Hospital has a protected-closed acute-receiving station, each an open psychotherapy station for children and young people, an institute clinic and two day clinics. The patients are at the centre and are treated specifically by a qualified, cross-disciplinary team. The University Hospital for KJPP is a chair at the Medical Carl of Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. The focus of our scientific work is on researching the emergence of mental disorders in childhood and youth age, as well as establishing new evidence-based therapy methods. The focus is mainly on trauma disorders, consequences of early childhood strains and addiction diseases in childhood. The Klinikum Oldenburg is the maximum provider for the Weser-Ems region and part of the university medicine in Oldenburg. Our house has 844 beds and 26 clinics and institutes. More than 3,500 employees work with us.

As an obstetrician (w/m/d), you are part of the clinic's management, working significantly on the continuous development of the clinic and bringing your impulses into the broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services offered by the clinic. Your expertise is used in the value-assuring, empathic treatment of patients and in the support and promotion of doctors and psychologists who are subject to you. Together, you work on the team's therapeutic attitude and inspire employees. The cooperation in the existing research groups or the use of university research infrastructure within the clinic for a separate research project is welcomed, but is in no way necessary.
