Quality management: Professional and professional management of the Quality Management department. Quality management system: Development, optimization and implementation of the quality management system according to internal and customer-specific requirements. KPI monitoring: analysis, preparation and monitoring of important quality indicators. Continuous improvement: definition and implementation of improvement measures in cooperation with relevant departments. Complaints and complaints: management and support of the complaint process, including cause analysis and corrective measures, according to the standards for complaint management. Audit Management: Planning, coordination and implementation of internal, external and customer audits, including follow-up of corrective measures and participation in cross-site audits.

Education: Completed university studies in a relevant field. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in quality management, ideally in plastics or silicone processing. Industry knowledge: knowledge of automotive standards and certifications. Audit certifications: Certified Internal Auditor according to IATF 16949 and Process Auditor according to VDA 6.3. Leadership competence: Proofing leadership experience in team management. Language knowledge: English for negotiation; further language skills are advantageous.
