Travel & Expense Specialist (m/f/d)

As a backup for our team in Saerbeck we are looking for a Travel & Expense Specialist (m/w/d).

You organize and book national and international business trips You coordinate flights, train trips, hotels, rental cars and other travel services You advise travellers taking into account costs, travel time, entry reviews and travel policies You prepare travel expenses, check them and process them in the Travel-&-Expense system You control documents, packages, credit card revenues and accounts You secure the correct booking and payment in cooperation with the accounting You are working on the further development of travel policies and processes

You have a completed commercial training, for example in tourism, office management or industry You bring professional experience in business travel management, travel agency or travel cost accounting You have good commercial knowledge and ideally experience with tax travel expenses Ideally you have already worked with Atlatos, Cytric, AirPlus, SAP or comparable systems You have very good German and good English skills You work service-oriented, structured and carefully
