At the Bergkirchen site we develop and manufacture components, modules as well as devices for generating, transport and measuring light. Our technical sales ensure competent advice and support for our customers. The warehouse at our site is responsible for shipping all Thorlabs products within Europe. Control of the daily processes of the Inventory Control Team Monitoring and securing of the company-internal shopping processes Monitoring and maintenance of stock product master data Oversight Product Releases and Resolution Processes (Supersession) Implementation of the annual inventory Support in the clarification of delivery deviations

Excellent understanding of all ERP processes along the entire supply chain. Excellent administrative, organizational and planning skills. Management of team resources. Safe application of MS Office products. Trusts with all legal requirements and procedures. Ability to motivate a team and set goals and communicate. Ability to lead and drive projects with international stakeholders and external partners. Implementation of employee assessments and disciplinary measures.
