Discipline and professional management of the digitization team Conception, control and implementation of global digitalization activities in the Business Area Industrial in the sense of customer orientation and innovation strength Strategic development of our digital applications and platforms, especially in e-commerce and CRM Coordination of eBusiness Requirement Management to ensure and systematically implement global requirements Cooperation with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management and IT departments for structured collection, assessment and prioritization of requirements Head of internal and external partners, including our subsidiary KURZ Digital and other service providers, in the implementation of digital solutions Support for sales in the design and implementation of digitally supported measures for customer retention, communication or process optimization Promoting a digital mindset and actively driving cultural change within the company in the context of digital business models Planning, implementation and monitoring of measures for education and training in the area of digitalisation Analysis and optimization of digital processes to increase efficiency

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in business informatics, digital business, business management with IT focus, economic engineering or comparable discipline Multiannual, relevant professional experience in a leading position in the field of digitalization, e-commerce, CRM or digital project/product management – ideally in a producing company or in the B2B sector Found experience with e-commerce solutions in the B2B environment, with particular attention to integration and further development Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, interfaces and data flows (e.g. ERP, CRM, e-commerce systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud, MES) Safe handling of agile methods (e.g. Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence or comparable platforms Expertise in the use of digital analytics tools, customer journey optimization and digital process design Competence in collecting and translating specialist area requirements into structured IT concepts Customer orientation, communication skills and team spirit Hands-on mentality paired with strategic vision Very good German and good English skills readiness for international missions
