They primarily advise our department 'Partnervertrieb' in all legal issues of commercial representative law and in social insurance issues. The main focus is on the design and design of the contract and the ongoing maintenance of the contract. In addition to independent advice, you will introduce your legal expertise to support projects in cross-disciplinary teams and also prepare, examine and negotiate extensive contracts. They conduct independent out-of-court disputes by the bank and control the judicial process of our external lawyers.

They have completed both legal state exams with above-average success and ideally have a bank or savings bank training. As a professional beginner, you already have a high level of service orientation, resilience and security in dealing with different stakeholders as well as excellent communication skills.
