You start the two-year trainee program with an intensive onboarding at the headquarters and the training market where you can find a Buddy. In the subsequent building and deepening phase, you will get to know our omnichannel business model comprehensively – from controlling the operational processes, relevant control indicators and tools to creating shopping experiences with wow effect. The second phase starts after 12 months with your change to a new market. This phase focuses on your further development as a leadership. You work to shape your personal leadership style, inspire and promote employees to build powerful teams. After completing the trainee program, you are able to assume a responsible leadership position in the market.
