Production & Capacity Planning End‐to-end production planning via demand, purchasing and manufacturing Short, medium and long-term capacity planning incl. CAPEX/OPEX Create master production plans, anticipate bottlenecks and plan countermeasures/expansion Control internal/external capacities within the meaning of business objectives (profitability, OTD, flexibility) Stock planning Demand-driven inventory planning for raw materials and semi-finished products Define inventory policies & security stocks; Increase envelope, reduce slow lathe/dead stick Guided tours and cooperation guide and develop planning teams; Escalation Centre for Complex Topics Close cooperation with production, purchasing, project management, sales and SCM Representation of planning in Management-Runds Processes, systems & performance increase planning maturity; Processes & Tools (ERP, WayRTS) continuously improve Use advanced planning methods and analytics (scenarios, automation) KPIs control (OTD, Forecast Accuracy, Stock, Lead Times, Adherence); Analyse and correct deviations Improving Resilience, Cost Reduction and Customer Satisfaction

Completed studies Engineering or BWL, (Master of Benefit) Extensive experience in inventory, operation and production planning in complex multi-site environments Proven leadership skills and strong stakeholder management Funded ERP knowledge (SAP preferred); Advanced planning systems (e.g. B. WayRTS) desirable Analytical, structured, agile in a high-speed environment Very good Excel shots and Power BI of advantage flowing English and German knowledge; ideally in addition to Mandarin
