Human Resources Officer Personnel Development (m/f/d)

Designing development: You plan, organize and accompany personnel development measures for employees and executives and support the further development of our training, learning and development opportunities. Promoting talents: You are involved in topics such as management development, talent and competence management, and succession planning, helping to develop potentials in a targeted manner. You prepare trainings, workshops and development formats, perform them organizationally and ensure a professional follow-up. Developing concepts: Together with the team, you develop practical concepts, instruments and tools for managers and employees. Preparing decisions: You will prepare presentations, evaluations, key figures and decision templates for personnel and organizational development. Accompanying change: You support change & development projects around leadership, learning and employee development and actively shape your own topics and work packages. Processes and systems: You analyze existing human resources development processes and help to optimize our personnel development systems. Promote the future: You are actively working on projects for the digitization and professionalization of our personal development landscape. Promote health: You support internal and external contact persons in health actions and prevention measures as part of our occupational health management.

Qualification: You have completed a study with a focus on human resources, economic psychology, psychology, business management or a comparable subject. Alternatively, you have a commercial training with appropriate personal training. Practical experience: You bring first experience in personnel, ideally in personnel development. Understanding development: Topics such as management development, talent management and personnel and organizational development will delight you. Analytical strength: You work structured, recognize relationships quickly and develop practical solutions. Digital know-how: The routined handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is of course for you. Communication skills: You stand up safely, like working with different target groups and creating confidence at all levels.
