In this role, you take responsibility for an experienced team in the field of air freight import and ensure that our operating processes run smoothly. You are not only a leader, but also Sparringspartner*in for our customers in the Frankfurt area as well as Düsseldorf and Mannheim and with your attention to detail and your hand-on mentality bring real added value to the daily business. Leading & funding: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated Operational Care Team and actively support your colleagues in their further development. Customer contact: You are the first contact person for our key account customers and take over the escalation role in the daily business with a clear focus on service quality. Teamwork: For close and efficient cooperation with Key Account Management, Revenue Care Center and our Shared Service Centers. Designing processes: You develop and document lean, efficient standard processes and drive automation and outsourcing. Achieve goals: You keep the relevant KPIs in mind and take proactively appropriate measures in case of deviations.

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in air freight First management experience Team spirit, negotiation skills, and good organizational skills Affinity for strategic and analytical work Experience in change management and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English Ready to work regularly on Sundays
