Responsibility for managing a well-established team of quality experts and promoting a respectful and collaborative work environment. Optimization and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, including the introduction of innovative digital solutions. Conducting internal and external audits with professional exchange with auditors and business partners. Proactive management of complaint management and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes in close cooperation with the management and the management. Initiation and management of strategic quality and improvement projects to ensure competitive advantages in the long term and to meet the high demands of customers.

Complete technical training or alternatively a technical study Extensive experience in the practical implementation and further development of ISO 9001 as well as in quality assurance methods that meet the highest industry standards. Proven leadership experience with smaller teams combined with a motivating, respectful and solution-oriented leadership style. Safe handling of international customers thanks to knowledge of English and the ability to precisely communicate technical requirements. Impressed strength in the analysis and optimization of complex processes, combined with persuasive power and sovereign appearance in crucial quality issues.
